O Gabinete de Gestão Integrada Municipal (GGIM) de Criciúma tem um novo coordenador. Servidor público de carreira com quase 15 anos de experiência, Marlon Machado foi empossado na última segunda-feira (25), assumindo o cargo anteriormente ocupado por Fred Gomes, diretor da Defesa Civil de Criciúma. A transição ocorreu em ato realizado no Salão Ouro Negro, localizado no Paço Municipal Marcos Rovaris.
“Meu objetivo como líder do GGIM é dar continuidade ao trabalho em andamento, oferecendo suporte constante à população em questões de gerenciamento de riscos e mantendo a colaboração estreita com as demais forças de segurança”, afirmou o novo coordenador do GGIM de Criciúma.
Após um ano e meio à frente do GGIM, Gomes expressou sua gratidão durante a cerimônia. Ele destacou a satisfação com a integração bem-sucedida das forças de segurança, da Administração Municipal e da sociedade em geral, representada por diversos órgãos. Segundo Gomes, esse alinhamento foi fundamental para as conquistas alcançadas. “Agradeço a todos. É uma sensação de dever cumprido e, também, de agradecimento para todos”, comentou.
GGIM de Criciúma
O GGIM foi idealizado com o objetivo de proporcionar maior coordenação entre as polícias, órgãos públicos e setores civis, e tem como diretriz o Plano de Segurança Municipal. Nele estão previstas uma série de compromissos sociais, como melhorar infraestruturas em áreas de vulnerabilidade, reduzir a violência e implementar políticas para a juventude da cidade.
