Os contribuintes de Urussanga terão 20% de desconto, à vista, no pagamento do Imposto Predial Territorial e Urbano, o IPTU de 2024. O percentual será concedido para os que não estiverem em débito com o Município e para quitação, em parcela única, até o dia 20 de maio.
A prefeitura também concederá 15% de desconto, para os contribuintes em dia e que pagarem em conta única, até o dia 20 de junho. Para quem optar pelo parcelamento, poderá dividir, sem desconto, em quatro vezes, sendo o primeiro vencimento em 20 de maio, e até todo dia 20, até agosto.
A guia de pagamento, para todas as opções, deve ser retirada pela internet. Para emitir a guia, o contribuinte deverá acessar o site da prefeitura www.urussanga.sc.gov.br, clicar no Banner IPTU 2024 e informar o CPF do proprietário do imóvel.
O munícipe que encontrar dificuldades na emissão do boleto pelo site, deve entrar em contato com o Setor de Tributação pelo telefone 48 3465-1188 ou pelo whatsapp (48) 99935-6592, ou ir diretamente à sede da Prefeitura de Urussanga. “Além da sede da Prefeitura, os contribuintes podem solicitar a guia de pagamento, com o CPF em mãos, nos postos de correios das localidades de Santana e Rio América”, explica o responsável pelo Setor de Tributos da Prefeitura de Urussanga, Gabriel Damiani.
Opções de pagamento:
Até 20 de maio de 2024 em parcela Única com 20 % de desconto (apenas para contribuintes em dia com o IPTU);
ou
Até 20 de junho de 2024 em parcela Única com 15 % de desconto (apenas para contribuintes em dia com o IPTU);
Ou sem desconto em 4 parcelas ( 20/05 , 20/06, 22/07, 20/08)
O pagamento pode ser efetuado em qualquer agência da rede bancária
