Órgão divulgou as ocorrências mais comuns durante 2023
O Programa de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor (Procon) de Içara, preocupado com a recorrência de golpes praticados de forma principalmente virtual, divulgou as ocorrências mais comuns durante 2023 para alertar os consumidores. O órgão orienta a prezar apenas por sites confiáveis no momento de efetuar uma compra online.
“Quando se trata da internet, todo cuidado é pouco. Desconfie de perfis que vendem produtos com preços muito abaixo do valor de mercado, seja através de ofertas pelo e-mail ou até mesmo pelo Instagram. Verifique se a loja tem site e leia as considerações deixadas por outros clientes”, afirma o coordenador municipal do Procon, José Silvano.
Outro cuidado a ser tomado é, em hipótese alguma, repassar informações pessoais ao telefone. Jamais obedecer às ordens de alguém que vier a se apresentar como um representante ou gerente do banco ou instituição financeira. “Pesquise sobre o modus operandi. Na maior parte das vezes o golpe já está manjado e existem diversas matérias na internet alertando. Desconfie sempre de links suspeitos também. Dinheiro fácil não existe”, pontua Silvano.
Os golpes mais comuns de 2023:
– Recebimento de e-mail do Procon;
– WhatsApp com mensagem de empréstimo consignado e sua devolução;
– Venda de veículos com antecipação de valores via PIX ou depósito;
– Venda por aplicativo (Facebook, Instagram, etc);
– Impressão de boletos de sites piratas;
– Pedido de ajuda, com doações via PIX ou vaquinha virtual;
– Ligações recebidas de golpistas, se passando pelo gerente do banco;
– Golpe da violação do aplicativo do banco.

Caso você tenha sido vítima de uma fraude – o produto não foi entregue, ou esteja com qualidade inferior ao descrito pelo vendedor – procure os canais de proteção ao consumidor. O Procon de Içara fica localizado no Paço Municipal Ângelo Lodetti, com atendimento presencial das 8h às 12h e das 13h às 17h.
