No documento expedido pela Vara de Execuções Penais da Comarca de Criciúma, o rapaz foi condenado a seis anos de prisão por tráfico de drogas e posse ilegal de arma de fogo de uso restrito.
O jovem, que é natural de Criciúma, foi localizado e preso no distrito de Caravaggio em Nova Veneza. Após a detenção ele foi conduzido até o Presídio Regional de Criciúma (Santa Augusta).
