A tabela de serviços prestados ao SUS agora terá revisão anual dos valores pagos pelo governo federal. O presidente Lula sancionou, nesta terça-feira, a lei que estabelece a atualização dos valores, impactando principalmente as Santas Casas e hospitais filantrópicos que atendem a saúde pública.
O secretário-executivo do Ministério da Saúde, Swedenberger do Nascimento Barbosa, diz que a lei permite o planejamento de secretarias estaduais e municipais de saúde.
Segundo o Ministério da Saúde, o último reajuste da tabela do SUS foi realizado em 2013.
A atualização da tabela do sistema será definida no mês de dezembro de cada ano pelo Ministério da Saúde. O deputado Antonio Britto (PSD-BA), autor do projeto de Lei no Congresso, reforça que houve um acordo para não atrelar o reajuste a um índice da inflação.
O reajuste dos valores deve levar em conta a garantia da qualidade do atendimento, o equilíbrio econômico-financeiro na prestação dos serviços e a preservação do custo real da remuneração desses serviços, além de observar a disponibilidade orçamentária e financeira do governo federal.
