Os fugitivos da Penitenciária Federal de Mossoró invadiram uma casa na zona rural na noite desta sexta, dia 16, fizeram uma família refém e roubaram dois celulares. A casa fica a cerca de 3 quilômetros da Penitenciária Federal de Mossoró, na comunidade de Riacho Grande.
A fuga aconteceu na última quarta-feira e é a primeira registrada na história do sistema penitenciário federal, desde sua criação em 2006.
De acordo com o morador – um homem de 50 anos, os dois criminosos chegaram na casa por volta das 20h, simulando estarem armados. O cachorro começou a latir e o morador foi ver o que era, momento em que foi rendido pelos fugitivos.
Eles entraram na casa, jantaram, pediram para acessar redes sociais, e ficaram no local até meia-noite. Na casa estavam o proprietário e a esposa dele, de 46 anos. Segundo o morador, logo na chegada eles se identificaram dizendo que eram os fugitivos da penitenciária. Eles foram embora levando dois celulares, ovos, água e laranja.
O morador acionou a polícia por volta das 3 horas. Ele contou que esperou um tempo para ir até a casa do irmão e de lá foram em busca de uma barreira policial para comunicar o fato.
Buscas
As buscas pelos fugitivos da Penitenciária Federal de Mossoró – entraram no quarto dia neste sábado, dia 17. Mais de 300 agentes de segurança das forças estaduais e federais atuam nas buscas que se concentram em um perímetro de 15 quilômetros em torno do presídio.
Pistas
Na quarta-feira, dia 14, – mesmo dia da fuga – uma casa foi invadida na zona rural de Mossoró, a cerca de 7 km da penitenciária. Objetos pessoais como camiseta e uma colcha de cama foram furtados. A polícia foi acionada e fez buscas na área. Na quinta-feira objetos foram encontrados em uma área de mata. Um dos moradores da região confirmou aos investigadores que, entre os itens, estava uma colcha de cama furtada de sua casa.
A Polícia Federal recolheu material biológico desta casa. As amostras encontradas serão confrontadas com informações genéticas dos fugitivos. Já na sexta-feira, dia 16, com a ajuda de cães farejadores, uma camiseta de uniforme de presidiário foi encontrada na mata.
Os fugitivos
Os nomes e fotos dos fugitivos do presídio de segurança máxima de Mossoró (RN) passaram a constar na difusão vermelha da Interpol nesta sexta-feira, dia 16. A lista é para criminosos procurados internacionalmente.
Os procurados são:
Deibson Cabral Nascimento, de 33 anos;
Rogério da Silva Mendonça, de 35.
Logo após a fuga, ocorrida na quarta-feira, o Brasil pediu a inclusão dos dois fugitivos no rol de difusão vermelha da Interpol — normalmente utilizado para cooperação entre as polícias de diferentes países quando criminosos perigosos conseguem fugir das nações onde são procurados.
Os dois presos são do Acre e estavam na Penitenciária de Mossoró desde 27 de setembro de 2023. Eles foram transferidos após participarem de uma rebelião no presídio de segurança máxima Antônio Amaro, em Rio Branco, que resultou na morte de cinco detentos – três deles decapitados. Os dois homens são ligados ao Comando Vermelho, facção de Fernandinho Beira-Mar, que também está preso na unidade federal de Mossoró.
