O diretor do órgão de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor (Procon) de Santa Catarina, Roberto Salum, foi afastado do cargo nesta sexta-feira, dia 29. Ele é investigado em um inquérito por assédio sexual contra uma funcionária do órgão.
A apuração está na fase de colheita de prova testemunhal após abertura de um inquérito para apurar uma denúncia por crime de assédio sexual.
O caso foi registrado nesta quarta-feira, dia 27, e entregue à Delegacia de Proteção à Criança, Adolescente, Mulher e Idoso (Dpcami) de Florianópolis.
Segundo informações apuradas pelo ND Mais, além da denúncia por assédio sexual, há pelo menos 15 relatos entregues à ouvidoria que acusam o mesmo indivíduo por condutas como abuso de autoridade, assédio moral, além de diferentes episódios de desrespeito. Os documentos foram registrados junto a secretaria da Indústria, do Comércio e do Serviço, na qual o Procon faz parte.
Devido à gravidade das denúncias contra Salum, o governo do Estado emitiu uma nota oficial e se posicionou oficialmente pelo afastamento do diretor estadual do Procon. Confira a nota:

O Governador do Estado, ao tomar conhecimento de denúncia cujo conteúdo se refere à falta de decoro no exercício da função pelo Diretor Estadual do PROCON-SC, determinou o imediato afastamento do servidor e pediu a apuração célere dos fatos. O Governo do Estado não pactua com atos atentatórios à moral e aos bons costumes.
