O Prefeito de Orleans, Jorge Luiz Koch, decretou situação de Emergência em áreas do município impactadas por tempestade local e chuvas intensas deste fim de semana. “A decisão vem em resposta a desalojamentos, isolamentos de comunidades, interdição de vias, além de significativos danos materiais e prejuízos econômicos e sociais”, justifica o texto do decreto 5.685.
O embasamento para a medida está registrado em Parecer Técnico da Coordenadoria Municipal de Defesa Civil – COMDEC, favorável à declaração de emergência, conforme estipulado no inciso IV do Art. 9º da Portaria nº 260, de 02 de fevereiro de 2022, do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Federal e Instrução Normativa nº 02, de 30 de outubro de 2019, da Defesa Civil de Santa Catarina.
No Sábado, em duas horas, a cidade registrou 100 milímetros de chuva. O temporal atingiu mais de 1,7 mil famílias no município. Pontes nas comunidades de Três Barras, Rio Cafundó, Boa Vista e Capivaras Alta, tiveram suas cabeceiras afetadas. Houve também dano na estrutura das estradas do interior e que vão prejudicar a escoação da produção da cidade.
